Electrical installations

Electrical installations

Residential and commercial electrical installations
Low-voltage and weak-current systems

Connection to the grid & metering

  • Connection to the supplier’s grid and installation of panel/meter
  • Power supply cables up to the main distribution board (correct sizing)
  • Documentation and support for approvals and energizing

Indoor wiring & routing

  • Wiring in protective conduits (concealed or surface-mounted), bends and secure fixings
  • Junction boxes and outlet/switch boxes correctly positioned
  • Separate circuits: lighting, general sockets, heavy consumers (oven, hob, heat pump, boiler)

Distribution board

  • Main board and/or sub-panels; organized by circuits
  • MCB and RCD/RCBO for short-circuit and electrocution protection
  • Type 2/3 SPD for surge protection; labeling and board schematics

Indoor/outdoor lighting

  • Ceiling/wall fixtures, spotlights and LED strips
  • Outdoor lighting for yard, pathways and façade
  • Motion sensors, dusk sensors or timers (optional)

Sockets and electrical devices

  • Standard sockets and dedicated circuits for appliances
  • Simple/Two-way/Cross switches, dimmers
  • Data/TV/phone outlets, USB or smart sockets on request

Protections, grounding & lightning protection

  • Grounding system, equipotential bonding, resistance measurements
  • Surge protection and lightning protection
  • Arc fault protection (AFCI) in sensitive areas (optional)

Automation & smart home

  • Lighting scenarios, smart thermostats, app-based control
  • KNX/Zigbee/Z-Wave modules, intercom/alarm/CCTV integration
  • Energy management and consumption monitoring

E-mobility & backup systems

  • EV charger (wallbox) on a dedicated circuit
  • UPS and/or generator with automatic transfer switch (ATS)
  • Load management to prevent overloading

Photovoltaic – preparation & integration

  • Reserved space in distribution boards, wiring routes for inverter and strings
  • DC/AC protections and grid connection according to regulations
  • Energy monitoring and consumption optimisation

Testing, commissioning and documentation

  • Continuity checks, insulation resistance measurements and grounding resistance tests
  • RCD/RCBO testing, SPD verification and junction box sealing
  • Reports, “as-built” schematics, instructions and maintenance plan
