Who We Are

Regat Construct Instal is a Romanian construction company founded in 2004, providing complete services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We work with both public institutions and private clients, covering the entire process—from foundation to roof. We handle new constructions, interior finishes, and renovations, with a strong focus on quality, meeting deadlines, and, above all, full transparency in every collaboration.

Our Story

We started in 2004 with a small team and one core belief: trust is earned through actions, not promises. Since then, we have grown steadily thanks to the clients who chose to stay with us over the years.

Over time, we have worked with major partners such as NAVFAC (The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command) — where we built hospitals, schools, and daycare centers from the ground up — as well as Lidl Romania for nationwide renovations and restructuring, ING Bank, Winmarkt, and many others.

Every project has been a lesson in trust, communication, and responsibility.
